Yes, all plans include a free 1-month trial with no credit card required.
No. Setup, data import, and onboarding are included in all plans.
Student numbers are counted based on active student accounts in your school. We'll always work with you if your school size changes mid-year.
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference.
Before your 1-month trial ends, we'll check in to confirm the right plan for your school. Nothing is invoiced until you confirm, and subscriptions are annual with no automatic renewal — you decide each year.
Yes, absolutely. We accept purchase orders (POs) from government schools, Catholic schools, and independent schools. This is the most common way government schools pay for software, and we've made our process as straightforward as possible.

How it works:
1. We provide a formal quote with your school's name, ABN, and the subscription details.
2. Your school raises a purchase order against the quote and sends it to accounts@achievoedu.com.au.
3. We issue an invoice (with a 30-day payment term by default) and you're live immediately — you don't need to wait for the PO to be paid before accessing the platform.
4. We reconcile the PO when payment is received, and you receive a receipted invoice for your records.

We understand school finance teams work on their own timelines. If you need extended payment terms or have specific invoicing requirements (cost centre codes, department references, etc.), just let us know — we'll accommodate it.
Yes. AchievoEDU is an Australian registered business with an ABN. All invoices are itemised and issued under our Australian Business Number (ABN). We can issue invoices to match your school's purchase order reference, cost centre, and any other fields required by your finance department. AchievoEDU is not registered for GST, so no GST is added — the price shown is the price your school pays. Invoices can be delivered by email as PDF.
Absolutely. We know that schools — especially government schools — often need to go through a formal ICT procurement or vendor approval process before purchasing software. We're experienced in supporting this. NSW public schools can raise a purchase order straight away using our NSW Department of Education vendor ID, 100567757. For every school we can provide:

• A formal written quote on company letterhead
• A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and privacy documentation
• Our security overview (see our security page) and hosting details (data hosted in Australia)
• Our privacy policy and data-handling overview
• A completed supplier registration form for your department or diocese

The 1-month free trial gives your school time to evaluate the platform and gather staff feedback before any procurement approval is needed. Invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date. Yes — and this is exactly how we recommend government schools approach it. The 1-month free trial requires no payment, no purchase order, and no credit card. You get full access to the platform with your real students and staff, so your leadership team and teachers can properly evaluate it before any budget commitment is made. At the end of the trial, if you want to continue, we provide a quote and you raise the PO through your normal process.
Schools with 200 students or fewer can choose Essential at $3,000 per year for the core features, or talk to us about a Custom package that unlocks every feature at a size-appropriate price.
